Dear athletes of VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon 2024,

2024 marks the half-decade milestone of VnExpress Marathon being held in the coastal city, Quy
Nhon City in Binh Dinh Provinve. The 5th anniversary event will take place on Sunday, June 23rd,
with a scale of 8,000 athletes.

Each distance will have its own start and finish gates, located on An Duong Vuong Street, Nguyen
Tat Thanh Square. Athletes participating in the 5km and 10km distances will experience a route
that runs along the scenic Xuan Dieu coastal road in Quy Nhon. Athletes in the 21km distance
stand a greater chance of achieving a personal record as the route does not cross Thi Nai Bridge.
For the 42km distance, after crossing Thi Nai Bridge, athletes will conquer the flat coastal road
of Nhon Hoi village, along with ensured lighting conditions, these factors will help optimize
performance for the athletes.

In light of the success at VM Hue 2024, the Vietnam Athletics Federation continues to cooperate
with VnExpress Marathon in the professional aspects of the event. All distances have been
measured and certified to meet standards by the Federation. "This year's routes have new
improvements, especially in the 42km and 21km distances. The course is spacious, wide, and
stretches along the coast," stated Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, representative of the Vietnam
Athletics Federation.
