V. Monitoring the race track
      1. Any athlete who disobeys the referee's instructions, makes offensive comments, acts unsportsman-
like, speaks, or behaves in a way that offends the event's personnel, volunteers, participants, or
spectators may be disqualified from the competition.
      2. A runner who leaves the track cannot return for any reason. Those who deliberately abbreviate the
course ("Take a shortcut") will be eliminated from the competition. The race-track referee, members
of the organizing committee, and the recording security equipment will all record any fraudulent
      activity.
      3. The athlete must be aware of and adhere to the rules of the race. If runners do not stay on the
correct path, their times and results will not be modified for whatever reason. (For example, running
more than is necessary or in the wrong direction will not add time to the overall race time).
      4. Athletes that sign up for the event without having their official Bib number, a timer, or a non-per-
sonal timer will not be allowed to compete in any races that the organizing committee sponsors.
      5. Athletes are not allowed to receive any other support except support from official stations of the
Organizing Committee (water and medical), other athletes in the running track, medical staff, or other
emergencies as permitted by the Organizer.
      6. While running, athletes are not entitled to any help from vehicles with wheels or motors, except
those with impairments who have the Organizing Committee's clearance.
      7. Animals, explosives, combustible materials, pneumatics, hazardous materials, and anything that
could endanger or inconvenience other track users are prohibited.
      8. The following situations give the Organizer the right to keep the runner's Bib and return it to them
at the referee counter only after the race.
      · Runners start after the starting gate has closed.
      · Runners wear two or more bibs throughout the race.
      · Runners do not complete the course by the Cut-Off-Time (COT) point by the time allotted by the
      organizers.
      · Runners stop road races.
Athletes who violate one of the above contents, depending on a case-by-case basis, will be consid-
ered as DNQ (Do-Not-Qualify), DNF (Do-Not-Finish), or DNS (Do-Not-Start).
      VI. Safety for participants
      1. Any vehicle with wheels, including bicycles, skateboards, baby strollers, and skates, is prohibited
      from running.
      2. Athletes are responsible for learning about the instructions and symbols related to maps, places,
      and directions.
      3. Any athlete who exhibits health or mental instability symptoms has the right to be examined by
medical personnel. Medical personnel have the right to take an athlete out of the competition if
      necessary.
      4. If the authorities, fire, health, or police make a request, athletes must stop competition for the
protection and safety of other athletes or persons.
      5. Ambulances, hospital stays, and other medical costs incurred from participating in the event or
engaging in training are the athletes' responsibility and are covered by the exemption clause.
      6. Running long distances is risky if adequately trained and fit for health. Runners must be aware of
their physical limitations and be prepared to stop exercising before getting damaged.
      7. Athletes respect and uphold the rights and safety of other competitors throughout the competition.
The competitor shall never endanger other athletes while competing or under other circumstances.
      VII. Result of the race
      1. The timer (chip time) installed on the BIB keeps track of the competition's outcomes. When an
athlete crosses the starting and finish lines, Chiptime starts to record the passing of time.
      2. Ranking and prize distribution will be based on Finish Time or Gun Time. According to the timer
system used by the Organizer, finish time (gun time) is defined as the interval between the time of the
starting signal and the moment the athlete crosses the finish line.
      3. If the running time is longer than the cut-off time, runners are not considered to have finished.
