3. Runner or authorized person is responsible for carefully checking and maintaining competition
items, including Bib, timekeeping equipment, and other items supporting the race. The Organizer will
not be responsible for any loss, damage, loss, or return of items after leaving the Bib distribution area.
      4. To ensure fairness, the Organizing Committee will not distribute Bib or race kit after the specified
time and has the full right to handle these items if the runner does not come to receive the item on
time that the Organizer has notified.

      III. Competition day
      1. Throughout the race, runners must abide by the orders of track supervisors, volunteers, paramedics,
      security guards, and traffic police.
      2. Priority gives way to paramedics, ambulances, and other emergencies throughout the race, regard-
      less of location.
      3. Bib cannot be changed, altered, folded, or crumpled by athletes. It is not permitted to remove the
timer. Suppose it is discovered that the BIB numbers and time chips have been altered and are incon-
sistent with the registration information. In that case, the organizing committee has the power to
cancel the results and refuse to resolve any complaints that may arise.
      4. BIB numbers must be stitched onto the front of the athlete's outer clothing and on their shirt so the
competition's organizers can readily identify each BIB. People who purposely conceal their bibs so
that it is impossible to see them or who choose not to wear them will be asked to leave the track.
      5. Pets, bicycles, slides, strollers, roller shoes, or other wheeled items are not allowed to be used or
carried on the track except for official vehicles or ambulances from the Organizing Committee.
      6. Different starting sites for the runners may be required depending on the anticipated finish time.
The athlete is accountable for being informed of the time and location of the departure and for
arriving on time. The Organizer will give 15 minutes' notice if there are any changes.
      7. Runners of each distance must be present before closing the track. Any athlete who moves into the
starting area at the wrong distance must start eventually.
      8. Any athlete who scales the fence or enters the competition improperly will be disqualified.
      9. All athletes must be positioned behind the starting line before the competition begins.
      10. Substances that boost euphoria during a race, such as stimulants and other drugs, are not permit-
ted to be used by athletes.
      11. Drug tests may be administered to athletes before and after the competition. Athletes who test
positive for illicit or prohibited substances will be disqualified, and the competition results will be
      canceled.
      12. Athletes who intentionally cross the finish line 02 or more times will be considered DNQ
      (Don't Qualify).
Athletes who violate one of the above contents will be considered as DNQ (Do Not Qualify).

      IV. Time Regulations
      1. Athletes will have to complete within the time limit and a COT (Cut-off-Time) on the track of each
distance. For the athletes who finish after this time, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible
and will not record the completion time results. Competition time is calculated according to the
starting time clock of the Organizing Committee.
For each distance taking part in the competition, the time criteria are as follows:
      · Distance 5km maximum completion time 1 hour 15 minutes.
      · Distance 10km maximum completion time 2 hours 00 minutes.
      · Distance 21km maximum completion time 3 hours 30 minutes.
      · Distance 42km maximum completion time 6 hours 30 minutes.
      2. Support stations (water, medical, and sanitation) will also close according to the closing schedule
      of the race
      3. At each registration distance, all competitors must arrive at their starting place promptly. They will
not be permitted to compete if they arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
