2. Athletes who act aggressively, disrupt security and order, or violate law enforcement rules
        during the tournament will be disqualified by the Organizing Committee. These athletes will
        have their achievements, awards, and prizes canceled and be prohibited from participating in
        future
        VnExpress Marathon competitions.
        3. Each athlete is responsible for comprehending and abiding by the competition's regulations;
        those who do not will be barred from competing.
        4. Athletes should behave themselves appropriately both before and during the competition.
        No: arguing,  insulting,  acting  unsportsmanlike toward other  participants, littering,  causing
        environmental damage, or utilizing derogatory imagery of the event's organizers and
        competitors after it has concluded. Anyone who disobeys this code of behavior will be asked to
        leave the track, be eliminated from the competition, and be prohibited from participating in
        future VnExpress Marathon
        competitions.
        5. Athletes must refrain from distributing documents and leaflets with content opposing the
        State and people of Vietnam, going against the policies of the Party and the State, and not
        suitable with Vietnamese customs and traditions.
        6.  Athletes  must wear appropriate competition attire;  not wear clothes that confuse with
        members  of the  Organizing  Committee; not wear  offensive clothing/violating  Vietnamese
        customs and traditions; not wear costumes with images that oppose the State and people of
        Vietnam, going against the policies of the Party and State; do not wear costumes with
        messages/images that divide the
        community, cause discrimination by region, race, or gender.
        7. Finisher items represents the athlete’s efforts and achivements and not for sale. Finisher items
        will ben given by Organizing Committee at event, any problems that arise later will not be
        resolved.

        X. Other regulations
        1. The organizers are not liable when an event is canceled or postponed because of
        uncontrollable events like natural disasters, diseases, or armed conflicts.
        2. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event on the day of the event due to
        unfavorable weather or uncontrollable force majeure and refuse to reimburse the participant
        for their entry fee.
        3. Before the race, the organizers have the authority to alter the competition's rules and
        regulations and inform the competitors via  the race's official website and media outlets.
        Athletes will have their results, prizes, and official results canceled if they do not follow the
        event's rules, including the modified rules.
        4. The race organizers are allowed to use participant data indefinitely for legitimate purposes
        on media websites, advertising, and information to cover and promote the event. This includes
        using participant data, photos, videos featuring images of the participant, and athlete
        activities (including recording images of athletes at the event). Athletes must be aware of and
        consent to have their name and likeness published on the VnExpress Marathon event's media
        pages as a runner. The
        participating  athletes have consented to confirm  this  clause in  the  program's  registration
        section.
        5. The registered athlete's jersey cannot be altered in size. Before registering their size,
        competitors should carefully review the information based on the shirt size table given in the
        registration form.
        6. The loss or destruction of personal things in the athlete's storage space is not the Organizer's
        fault. For safety, the organizers have the right to check any bags and personal goods kept in the
        personal items area.
        7. All grievances and inquiries concerning the outcomes must be directed to the organizers for
        resolution.
        8. At each station, the Elite water table serves athletes running ahead of the team pacer 3h30
        for the full marathon distance and team pacer 1h45 for the half marathon distance. The Elite
        water table will close or refuse to serve athletes running after the pacer team specified above.
        9. At normal water tables, the Organizing Committee will only provide water from cups.
        10. The organizing committee's decision is binding.
